Tai Chi (Chinese National Gymnastics)
Calm and flowing movements without any effort – thus suitable for every age. Tai Chi has a positive impact on the agility of body and soul. (daily at 11:00 p.m.)
Aqua Sound (Relaxation by Under Water Gymnastics)
… makes the participants – placed on swimming aids – dive into a sound pleasure of a special kind. (daily at 1:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. – on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.)
Aqua Running
… provides the possibility of pepping up the body easily. Aqua Running is a soothing power programme which goes easy on your joints. (Between 15th May and 15th September: Monday to Thursday at 11:45 and 2:45 p.m.)
Sauna Infusions
22 times a day infusions will be “celebrated” by our qualified staff in the various saunas.
