Aqua Balancing was developed in America in 1980, when the on-land healing principles had been successfully transferred to in-water by a therapist.
The whole body from head to toe is moved by the soft easiness of water. Bracings of body and soul are easily and naturally loosened.

Get into flow
The Aqua balancing treatment starts calmly and safely. The visitor rests on water supported by swimming aids and the therapist. The spine will be extended softly, loosened and gets into movement, followed by a softening massage and soft mobilization of the joints. Deep relaxation spreads. Slow and dynamic movements alternate with each other and put the body into soft vibrations. Relief and mobility – especially of the spine – turn up.

How it works

•    Lymphatic and venous circulation are improved by the steady flow of water. This positively influences oedema (storage of water within tissues).
•    Circulation of the kidneys and excretion of urine will be stimulated.
•    Mobility will be increased by a diminished tension within the muscles.
•    A soothing of acute and chronic pains sets in.
•    Pregnant women will experience relief and a special affection with their babies.
